1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and LudoMaza ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, downloading, registering on, or using the LudoMaza application or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and AML/KYC Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must be legally permitted to participate in skill-based real-money gaming in your country, state, or region.
• The Platform is void where prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify local legality before playing.
• Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members may be restricted from cash play.

3. Accounts

• Each Player may hold one account only. Multiple or duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. False information may lead to suspension.
• Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Deposits & Wallet

• All balances and transactions are denominated in US Dollars (USD, $) unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Supported methods include PayPal, Visa/Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and USDT (crypto).
• Deposited funds may be used to enter paid contests. Deposits are subject to our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
• We reserve the right to apply transaction limits and request verification for large or unusual transactions.

5. Withdrawals

• Winnings may be withdrawn to a verified payment method. The minimum withdrawal is $2.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 2 minutes but may take longer during verification or banking delays.
• Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals (see AML/KYC Policy).
• We may decline withdrawals linked to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Game of Skill

LudoMaza offers games of skill, where success depends predominantly on a player's mental and physical skill — strategy, attentiveness, and experience — rather than chance. Real-money contests are made available only where such skill-based gaming is permitted by law.

7. Fair Play & Player Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or any tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collude with other players, engage in match-fixing, or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploit bugs; you must report them to Support.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players or staff.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses (e.g., the welcome bonus) are subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions stated at the time of offer.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until conditions are met.
• We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time, and reserve the right to void bonuses obtained through abuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs on the Platform are owned by or licensed to LudoMaza and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LudoMaza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or losses arising from service interruptions, device/connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. Real-money play carries financial risk; you play at your own discretion.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or risk to the Platform or other players. You may close your account at any time via Support, subject to verification and the clearing of pending transactions.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable international and local laws relevant to your jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised with our support team for amicable resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled in accordance with the governing law specified in your regional service agreement.

13. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
