1. Payment Methods & Currency

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD, $). We support:

Currency conversion (if your card is in another currency) is handled by your bank or payment provider at their prevailing rates.

2. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: $2.
Withdrawals are paid to a verified payment method, preferably the same one used to deposit.
Only winnings and unused deposited balance are withdrawable. Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements first.
You can request a withdrawal anytime from Wallet → Withdraw.

4. Verification (KYC)

For your security and to meet legal obligations, first-time withdrawals and large transactions require identity verification. See our AML/KYC Policy. Completing verification early ensures faster payouts.

5. Refund Eligibility

Because deposits can be used immediately to enter paid skill contests, deposits are generally non-refundable once used. However, we will review refunds in cases such as:

A confirmed duplicate or erroneous charge.
An unauthorized transaction reported promptly.
A deposit that was not used to enter any contest and is requested within a reasonable period.
Technical errors clearly attributable to the Platform.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Entry fees for contests you have joined or completed.
Bonus or promotional credits.
Losses incurred during fair gameplay.

7. Fees

LudoMaza does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard payouts above the minimum. Some payment providers or banks may apply their own processing or network fees, which are outside our control. Any platform fee, if applicable, will be clearly shown before you confirm a transaction.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension and balance holds while we investigate.
